Guided walks of Historic Kingston by the Kingston Tour Guides

Come on a Guided Walk in Kingston upon Thames or Surbiton, led by the Kingston Tour Guides.

The Guides are volunteers from the local community who have been trained and independently assessed. Only when qualified are they entitled to wear the official badge. We aim to introduce our walkers to Kingston’s history up to today. Read more about The Guides.

Kingston is situated in West London, on The Thames, approximately midway between Kew Gardens and Hampton Court Palace. There are regular trains from Waterloo and plenty of local bus services.

Walks begin in the Market Place for Kingston, and Surbiton Railway Station forecourt for Surbiton. Find out dates and times. See the location on a map.

Previous walkers have included foreign visitors, local residents and groups of all kinds, local schools, architectural students, employees of local businesses and organisations, Council visitors, Mayors, University and language students from across the world, new college and university staff.

We can also organise group walks and walks for schools.
